Mrs. Searls consistently demonstrates an exceptional work ethic. She is always punctual, rarely misses work, and approaches every day with a positive, can-do attitude. Beyond her work at Midway Elementary, Laura is also deeply committed to her community. She volunteers as a Sunday school teacher, allowing her to extend her positive impact on children outside the school environment. Her genuine love for children is evident in everything she does, and she is constantly striving to help them develop the skills they need to become successful, productive adults. In addition to her compassionate nature, Laura is a hard-working and self-motivated individual. She consistently completes a variety of tasks daily, often without being asked, and always looks for ways to contribute to the school in any capacity.
